Despina is a marine biodiversity enthusiast and nature lover. She holds an Integrated Masters Degree in Ichthyology and currently works for the Hellenic Center of Marine Research. She lives in the busy city of Athens, Greece, but aspires in the future to relocate to a quiet, sunny village near the sea. Despina loves to travel and always brings along her knitting projects so she can explore the world and create at the same time!
